  When you list a job with safe recruits, you can specify what assessments should be taken by applicants.

  The results form these assesments can be used to generate high quality candidate shortlists who can be progressed to your interview stage or for additional testing.

  Personalise your testing

  In addition to our General Aptitude Test, you can specify skills and job based tests that applicants must take and pass in order to be considered for your listed role.

  These additional tests can be specified at the time of listing your job or can be added to you job listing at a later date and are applicable to all applicants

  Specific tests can also be requested for individual applicants of interest from within the candidates submitted application.

  Pay only for what you use

  At safe Recruits we do not charge you to list jobs or request tests for your applicants.

  We also do not charge you for viewing General Aptitude Test scores free service when the test is required as part of a job listing.

  You are therefore in control of what skills and job based tests results you would like to viewpaid service based on the results of candidate General Aptitude Test assessments.

  For all other tests we only charge you a fee to view assessment results that you are interested in based either on a candidate's General Aptitude test Results or the applicant's CV submission . We also only charge a fee to view contact and personal details of only candidates you would live to contact. The candidate CV's are free to view paid service
